Moar Gaems

I have a hankering to try out some one-shots with systems I'm less familiar/adept with. I am posting here to let Infrno buddies know about what I'm considering trying and see who is interested in what.

Deadlands Noir: Its Savage Worlds, its Noir, and its default setting is New Orleans, so I want to give it a shot. I suppose I'd have to get over my aversion to running games on Roll20, unless I can find another means to deal with cards. Any rate, this would be an investigative one-shot with some weirdness and action for spice.

Fate: I want to try running this again, doing something on the light-hearted end of the pulp adventure spectrum. I've been reading a lot of old '30s era comic strips lately, particularly Terry and the Pirates, so I'm leaning toward something in that vein. Whatever the specifics of the setting, this would be a picaresque tale of plucky heroes, exotic locales, and derring-do.

Iron Kingdoms: This refers to the more recent system put out by Privateer Press rather than the D20 version. Its a darkish mix of high fantasy and steampunk, and while the system seems very focused on minis combat, I think it could be used for an engaging city-based dungeonpunk sort of thing. My old FantasyCraft game set in Grandvia is close to what I'm thinking of, but this'd only be a one-shot using the Iron Kingdoms setting.

Anybody interested?

Totes would try out deadlands noir since savage world is a popular system i have yet to try. I also enjoy fate as a system as well. Had one of the more memoriable endings to a game with the fate system.

Up for...all of those, but I probably can't do the FATE one, because I'm not great at that tone. I'm too mean

I'd be game for a pulpish Fate one-shot, if the timing works out.
